Get Your Choose Life Plate

Choose Life Indiana license plate

Step 1

Log into your MyBMV account with the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles

Step 2

Click on "Renew My Plates" Then click "Change My Plate" under the vehicle you wish to get a Choose Life plate on. 

Step 3

Where it asks "What category of plate are you looking for?" select "Special Organizations". Where it asks "Now, what specific plate would you like to order?" select "Choose Life". Complete your registration.

The Indiana Association of Pregnancy Centers (IAPC) is a non-profit public benefit corporation that exists to provide a network of support for pregnancy centers within Indiana. The IAPC is the sponsoring organization for the Indiana Choose Life license plate. Revenue generated from sales of that plate is earmarked for the use of IAPC member pregnancy centers.
